About The Tour:

 

Biausevu Waterfall Tour is your essential tour and opportunity for informative fun into true Fijian village life. Spend a few hours hiking, swimming and learning the history and skills of the local people.

You will enjoy a welcoming Kava ceremony, a talk on the history of the waterfall, village craft display, plus a tour of the village and the pre-school. You will then hike for around 25 minutes through gorgeous tropical jungle, learning about the plant life, foods and medicine found within it. You will arrive at the waterfall for a refreshing swim amongst the beauty of this picturesque and idyllic paradise.

Head out into the jungle, making your way along a tree-shaded path. Cross over babbling streams, and listen in as your guide points out different tropical plants and explains their traditional, medicinal uses.

Arrive at the falls, where a misty cascade of fresh water drops 65 feet (20 m) into a clear pool below.

Go for a refreshing dip—there’s even a shallow rock pool that’s perfect for kids.

Children 3 and younger are complimentary. At least 2 people are required for this activity to take place.This activity is not wheelchair accessible. This hike takes place on an unpaved trail without handrails, but is mostly flat and not very demanding.

 

Please be ready and waiting in your hotel lobby 10 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time. Advisable to bring: towels, comfortable walking shoes, spare change of clothes, camera, mosquito repellent and a sarong per person
